New application procedure
From 2016, DFC has introduced an online application process as a measure to make the administration of applications more effective. During an expected transition period of 6 months, it will still be possible to apply by hard and soft copies of the old application form). For applications in French, please use the application form above). Please note, applicants need to be affiliated with a Danish supported development activity to be eligible to apply (read more here).
To start the online application process, the potential applicant needs to obtain a specific link for the learning programme in question. Each time a learning programme is advertised, Danida Fellowship Centre (DFC) will send this link to the Danish Embassies in Danida priority countries; this is to ensure that only people who are affiliated with Danida funded Programmes/Projects are able to apply for the learning programme. Therefore applicants have to contact their local Danish Embassy or alternatively their Programme/Project to get the link for the application form. People who are affiliated with a Danish supported NGO can also apply – in this case, the link can be obtained from the NGO or from DFC.
The application must be endorsed by the applicant’s Programme/Project/NGO; they do this by filling in the Programme/Project Endorsement page which is available here. Please note, this needs to be uploaded to the online application. Without it, the application is not complete and will not be considered. The applications received will, after the deadline, be forwarded by DFC to the Danish Embassy for their endorsement. The selection of the participants will be carried out by DFC and learning programme providers based on applications received.
REQUEST FORM FOR TAILOR-MADE COURSES to be filled in by the Danida programme/project and forwarded to DFC.
REGISTRATION FORM FOR POTENTIAL STUDY PLACES (in Danish) to be filled in by study places who want to be included in Danida Fellowship Centre’s database of study places in Denmark. The database’s purpose is twofold. It is used to record the general competencies of the study places as well as to register which courses the study places wish to tender for.
