The target group comprises staff who work in positions where monitoring and evaluation form a natural part of their responsibilities. The applicant must have recent experience in M&E. Applicants need to work for an organisation which is affiliated with a Danida supported programme, project or organisation.
The applicant must possess computer skills.

Outcome of learning programme
By the end of the course, participants can argue for, demonstrate use of and account for learning to be derived from applying RBME in their work and in their organizations
The learning programme is co-funded by Danida Fellowship Centre. After selection of participants the Danida programmes/projects are charged a non-refundable amount of DKK 5,000 per participant per tutorial week.
Total funding needs are DKK 10,000 per participant. This includes study fees, accommodation at centrally located hotel, allowances – and for non-Ugandan residents – insurances and international transport.
