Organisational Change Management

Purpose: This course seeks to enable participants to make a real difference and facilitate positive change in society, in their organisation and within themselves by providing practical tools and approaches to facilitate this effort.

Content: After course completion, participants will be capacitated with knowledge on how to be an agent of change within society, and how to lead organisational change and build commitment and motivation among colleagues. The course will combine participants’ own experiences with provision of technical training in classroom-based sessions. The main output of the course will be the participant’s own individual action plans based on a relevant project.

Target group: Participants should have 5-7 years of experience in the position as a mid-level manager with subordinates in a public, private or civic institution.
