Latest two weeks after your return to Denmark after the field study trip, recipients of travel grants must submit a complete reporting about the field study project by letter to DFC.
In case you have returned to Denmark from your field study trip already before your application has been assessed and you have received a Letter of Grant by e-mail from DFC, your reporting will to be handed over to DFC within two weeks from the date of the Letter of Grant.
Please adhere to the conditions of reporting and make notice of eligible costs, stated in the Application and Reporting Guidelines for Travel Grants.
Forms to be used for the reporting:
- Field study report (Word format of max. two pages, in English)
- Financial accounting form. All the expenses covered must be “eligible costs” and documented for by original vouchers stating the amount of the expense – for accounting reasons according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Please notify DFC by e-mail to email@example.com when you have posted the report letter. You are also most welcome to hand in the report letter at DFC’s reception desk.
Abstracts of thesis: After the Master thesis has been handed in, an abstract have to be submitted by e-mail to Danida Fellowship Centre at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Refer to Reporting section in the Guidelines). This abstract will be published at the Danida Research Portal and thereby giving the students an opportunity to communicate the findings broadly.
