Reflection:
Think about a group or meeting you’ve been part of recently.
- Did you feel like it was a space in which you could get closer to making a difference you care to make?
- What actions did you take to shape the conversation into something that would be helpful for you in making that difference?
- Were you able to share any of the struggles you have in making that difference?
- Did you find yourself eager to hear others’ perspectives and experiences?
- And did you come out with a changed sense of what you could or could not do?
Work document
You can write your reflections in your work document or just pause and think before moving on.
