Programme: More Women in Research 2025, Vietnam

The world is facing immense challenges that call for new knowledge and innovative solutions. High quality research from both natural sciences, social sciences and the humanities is pivotal. We must thus not only work with ensuring that we have enough researchers but also that we have the right researchers. Here, gender diversity makes a difference.

Across the globe, women are increasingly educated and obtaining university degrees on a postgraduate level. However, less than 30% of the world’s researchers are women, and in academic management, women are also underrepresented.

With this workshop we aim to strengthen the position of women researchers and push for more women in research.
