Come and hear the Global Voices of Change in Bornholm. This year, Danida Fellowship Centre will be on stage and take part in the People´s Meeting, sharing experiences of cross-geographical and cross-sectoral collaboration to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
Working towards the Sustainable Development Goals might seem very different in Denmark to Kenya or to Argentina, but when we share experiences, we discover how much we can learn from each other and be inspired to make change happen. The global challenges of today call for knowledge sharing and collaboration across countries, sectors, and disciplines. The participants in this event have, through their participation in Danida Fellowship Centre’s learning programmes about change management and strategic leadership in Denmark, gained inspiration and tools to act as change agents in their home organisations. They will share with us stories of the challenges they faced and the successes they achieved.
Mariano Jordan Kristoff, Cultural Change & Natural Based Solution Manager, City of Buenos Aires Government, Argentina will tell the story of how he and his colleagues use change management tools to make the dream of a green and blue Buenos Aires a reality. Watch video
Rosalin Wambui Wanwiri, Chief Executive Officer at Retail Trade Association of Kenya will share her experiences of improving the possibilities for education and career development of employees working in Kenya’s retail sector. Watch video
Ulla Næsby Tawiah, Director at Danida Fellowship Centre, will share how the Danida Fellowship Centre works with learning programmes, exposure visits and the facilitation of cross-sector and cross country dialogue to inform and inspire change.
Nadia Masri-Pedersen, Senior Consultant, Tana Copenhagen will facilitate the debate. Tana Copenhagen and Danida Fellowship Centre are partners developing and implementing learning programmes on Organisational Change Management and Strategic Leadership.
Danida Fellowship Centre offers learning programmes in support of Danida funded programmes in development and growth countries and builds the capacity of representatives from authorities, civil society organisations and the private sector to empower them to become agents of change.
