Responsive Project Management

Purpose: The learning programme aims to provide participants with the tools needed to effectively implement organizational projects and programmes in a responsive way, and to enable positive change management and effective communication.

Content: The course will enable participants to identify project types and appropriate approaches, to use essential tools such as stakeholder-analysis, logframes and Theory of Change, risk analysis, and monitoring and evaluation, as well as to plan and initiate change processes at individual and organizational levels. Participants will also learn how to effectively develop communication- and project planning strategies. The learning objectives are related to participants’ own context, and are stimulated through the development and implementation of each participant’s organisational capacity Action Plan.

Target group: The programme targets professionals from both public, civil society, and private institutions, involved in Danish-funded programmes.
