Learning with impact
Our approach to capacity development and learning
Knowledge, competencies and motivation can inspire individuals to become not only change makers but game changers in their organisations and societies.
However, individuals, no matter how capable, can be change makers only if their organisations are ready and willing to change with them. At Danida Fellowship Centre, we therefore focus on holistic learning programmes and processes that engage with the organisational leadership, and support ongoing change processes.
Our learning programmes are designed to focus on usability and applicability through exposure visits, project work, peer-to-peer discussions, action planning, and post-course mentoring and follow-up. Thereby we can contribute to those skills, knowledge, mindsets – and actions – that will facilitate actual organisational change and develop results.
It is not just about learning for the individual participants but about organisational and societal change.
BRING KNOWLEDGE INTO ACTION
The global challenges of today call for knowledge sharing and collaboration across countries, sectors, and disciplines. Solutions must be found through the joint efforts of many different stakeholders such as communities, the private sector, civil society, public authorities, policy makers and academia.
