New members of staff

Welcome to Kristian Ibsen, our new Head of Finance and Administration, and Gry Bærenholdt Klein who is now employed on a permanent basis as Capacity Development Advisor.
Kristian Ibsen has a long standing career in finance and administration. He has worked in various Danish NGOs and government institutions among them the Red Cross, the Salvation Army and the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Interior. Kristian Ibsen, who was selected from among 30 applicants, had his first day at Danida Fellowship Centre on 3 December 2019.
The position as Head of Finance and Administration is a new position at Danida Fellowship Centre. It has been established to accommodate the increase in our activities.
This is also why we have expanded our Fellowship Team from seven to eight staff members and employed Ms Gry Bærenholdt Klein as Capacity Development Advisor from 1 January 2020.
Gry Bærenholdt Klein was selected for the job from a pool of 45 applicants. She has been with us in a temporary position since October 2018 replacing our Capacity Development Advisor, Ms Maya Lindberg Brink, who has been on maternity leave.
