New visual identity and logo

04-03-24

We are proud to present Danida Fellowship Centre’s new visual identity and logo. The existing design needed a thorough brush-up to ensure consistency across all platforms, making it easier for us and for our partners to use. Alongside the refreshed design, we have produced a new profile video.

Initially, we did not intend to change the logo. Changing our logo, we felt, was a significant step, not least with regard to our partners and fellows who feel a strong connection to Danida Fellowship Centre and our previous logo.

However, having updated the design, colours and general visual identity, we realised that our previous logo seemed outdated and not in line with our new design. We, therefore, decided to go all the way and also up-date the logo to something which is more in line with design standards of today.

The design company E-types assisted us in developing our new visual identity, drawing on their experience in designing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ former magazine Udvikling and other strong design profiles. BangClemme helped us with the new profile video.

We are now ready to start rolling out the new logo and design that emphasises our identity as a purpose-driven organisation with a strong global perspective. We will start with our external digital platforms in March 2024. Following this first wave, we will then prioritise updating external materials. It is a process that will take some time, so bear with us until everything is done.
