Partnership for Change. Cecilie Holdt Rude in Tanzania for one year

Danida Fellowship Centre has entered into a new long-term partnership with MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC) in Arusha, Tanzania. For a period of one year, Cecilie Holdt Rude, Capacity Development Advisor will work from Tanzania to build and consolidate the new partnership titled Partnership for Change.
The Partnership for Change aims to work for a green and just transition, stability, democracy and good governance. It will focus on the following three pillars:
- Developing and implementing contextualized learning activities for change
- Developing and implementing joint activities to support youth leadership for sustainable change
- Enabling the uptake and impact of knowledge gained through research projects and training programmes by developing and implementing learning activities, networks, labs and communication initiatives with a focus on enabling and amplifying change
The collaboration bore the first fruits already in June 2022, when the Danida Fellowship Centre learning programme Green Growth – Refresh and Expand was held at MS TCDC. Several other learning and networking activities are planned for the rest of 2022 and for the year to come. All the activities focus on turning knowledge into action, creating networks and enabling the uptake of knowledge.
Cecilie Holdt Rude brings more than 10 years of experience in capacity development, education, strategic programme design, sustainable development and youth empowerment. She joined Danida Fellowship Centre as a Capacity Development Advisor in 2018.
