Knowledge in action labs

The Knowledge in Action Lab idea is the concept of a Danida Fellowship Centre’s learning programme taken to the next level. It takes the peer-learning element and action-planning approach of the learning programmes and brings them to a cross-country, cross-sector and cross-discipline level. A few but strategically important Labs will bring together professionals that have in one way or another been involved in DFC supported activities.

The labs are intended as a platform for knowledge sharing and collaborations around solutions to specific challenges within a defined theme – and as a platform for creating new dialogue and partnerships across countries, sectors and disciplines. Each lab is intended to facilitate co-creation of ideas and innovative practices and to bring about concrete solutions.
