DFC has over the last couple of years been involved in a number of shorter study tours on behalf of embassies, country desks in Danida, and other partners. The study tours have, for instance, targeted civil servants, members of Parliament and municipalities. Read more about what DFC can offer in this area under Services.
DFC is synonymous with a high level of professional competencies. DFC works closely with universities, institutions of higher education and private course providers. We have developed a unique and solid professional expertise over many years.
Each fellow writes a paper presenting an action plan during the shorter courses in order to provide better linkages between the participant’s actual work and the course modules. It is theory put into practice.

DFC is working for sustaining development through research and learning.
The fellowship programme gives fellows, who are affiliated with Danish development assistance, enhanced qualifications to work in their home country.
DFC ensures that it is high quality training and that the studies are relevant.
