We do so, because we believe that investments in life-long learning, capacity development and knowledge exchange can be a massive catalyst for change – a change towards more effective, accountable and transparent institutions and a better environment for business development, investments and growth in Danish partner countries.
The opportunities we offer target partners of the Strategic Sector Cooperation in emerging economies and Danida funded partners. In this way, the new skills and competencies feed into and complement a broader engagement in the partner organizations and countries, which makes the investment more sustainable and more likely to spark a change.

To be eligible for a course or study, the candidate must be a national/local staff member of a Danish supported partner organization and must be endorsed by a Sector Counsellor or Danida funded development project or programme. Candidates cannot apply to DFC directly.
Danida Fellowship Centre is working for sustaining development through research and learning.
The fellowship programme gives fellows, who are affiliated with Danish development assistance, enhanced qualifications to work in their home country.
