On November 1st, Ida Hrönn Nielsen joined our capacity development team. She works with the identification of learning needs, and the development and assessment of the Danida Fellowship Centre’s learning programmes in support of Denmark’s partners in developing and growth countries.
Ida brings 10 years of experience working with capacity development in international development. She has had a special focus on learner-centred and transferrable learning in addition to quality assurance and digitalization. Ida has previously collaborated with partners in countries such as Tanzania, Jordan, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Nigeria.
For the past five years, Ida has been based at MS TCDC in Tanzania from where she will work for Danida Fellowship Centre until February 2023 when she will join the rest of the team in Holbæk.
