Your guide to being a Danida fellow in Denmark starts here.
Danida Fellowship Centre handles all practical arrangements prior to your arrival. While you are in Denmark, we provide ongoing support and guidance, helping you gain a thorough understanding of Danish society and culture. In Copenhagen, we operate our own hostel and organise a variety of social and cultural events every week.
For fellows participating in learning activities outside Denmark, the relevant information will be provided directly by Danida Fellowship Centre.
In Copenhagen, the DFC Café in the hostel at Hostrupvej, has become many fellows’ favorite space for both spontaneous and planned social and cultural activities.
Opening Hours:
Sunday – Monday – Wednesday: 7 PM – 10.30 PM
Friday - Saturday: 7 PM – 12 AM
The café is closed Tuesday and Thursday - but you can still use the facilities.
Also available at the centre is a small library, a small computer room with Internet access, table tennis, snooker, gym, outdoor volleyball and a selection of board games.

Danida Fellowship Centre arranges social and cultural activities for Danida fellows in Copenhagen or at your place of study, if you are based outside Copenhagen.
