We seek to establish equitable and transformative partnerships with all our partners and to promote the principles of the human rights-based approach, namely Participation, Accountability, Non-discrimination and Transparency (PANT), in all the partnerships we support.
What happens when two experienced training institutions realise just how much they can gain from each other’s expertise and networks? The answer is simple: they join forces. This is exactly what Danida Fellowship Centre and MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation, MS TCDC did when they launched their new partnership, Together for Impact, in 2023.
Together, Danida Fellowship Centre and MS TCDC bring over 100 years of combined experience in transformative training.
While Danida Fellowship Centre primarily offers learning activities for policymakers, practitioners in both the public and private sectors, and academia – helping participants learn, share, and apply knowledge for sustainable impact – MS TCDC focuses on capacity development for social transformation, empowering civil society organisations, citizens, and young people to drive positive change.
These complementary approaches and target groups make the Together for Impact partnership a unique opportunity for both institutions to draw on each other’s strengths.
The partnership places a special emphasis on developing innovative and effective learning methodologies across three main areas:
Learning for Change
Youth Leadership for Change
Enablers for Change
The aim is to strengthen the impact of both institutions’ learning activities, and enable participants to turn the knowledge they gain into practical actions.
