Help us welcome more than 350 #DanidaFellows to learning programmes, PhD and Master’s studies

A packed arrival schedule
In August and September we are welcoming 36 new PhD students on short term study stays in the context of Danida financed research projects, 15 new Master’s students and 324 #DanidaFellows attending 14 different learning programmes. In other words, a total of more than 350 people will be arriving in Denmark from all over the world for research, learning or Master’s studies. Help us welcome them!

First grant under the Knowledge and Innovation Programme
The first students from Ghana and South Africa supported under Danida’s new Knowledge and Innovation Programme - the Erasmus+ track - have arrived at University College Copenhagen, and we look forward to following their journey. If your institution is a Danish higher education institution looking to strengthen collaboration between African and Danish higher education institutions, there are three funding opportunities available under the support for Erasmus+ modalities of the Knowledge and Innovation Programme.

Congratulations to our recently graduated Danida Master’s students of 2025
Two years ago, a group of Master’s students from Bangladesh, Indonesia and South Africa arrived in Denmark. They were eager to learn and use the opportunity that the programme provided to address some of the challenges faced by their home countries. They graduated this summer.
